Cuyahoga County Master Gardeners

The Master Gardeners conduct ongoing public programs in addition to the programs and events listed on the daily calendar below:

  • Thursdays in the Garden - Master Gardeners work in the demonstration gardens behind Ben Franklin School throughout the growing season, weather permitting, on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m..  The public is free to visit, observe the demonstrations gardens and ask the Master Gardeners questions.  Click for details.
  • Farmers Markets - Gardening and horticultural information booths are at seasonal local farmers' markets, open on Saturday mornings:
    Crocker Park (map) - April 19, 2008 through September, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
    Shaker Square (map) - May (except May 10) through August, 2008, 8:00 a.m.-noon
