Cleveland’s Community Gardening Program, Summer Sprout, is accepting applications for NEW gardens for the 2015 growing season. Summer Sprout provides eligible garden groups with technical assistance, soil testing, soil amendments, seeds, starter plants, tilling services, and educational opportunities. The program, a partnership between the City of Cleveland and OSU Extension, Cuyahoga County, has been around since 1976 and currently supports 190 gardens in the City.
