Join OSU Extension Cuyahoga County for an evening to learn about getting started raising chickens in your backyard. This workshop will take place at the OSU Extension Cuyahoga County office on Thursday March 9th, 2023, from 6 to 8pm. Topics for discussion include breed selection, safe egg handling, chicken health, zoning requirements, housing nutrition and more. This course fulfills the educational requirements for Lakewood City Hen Keeping Ordinance and presents all attendees with a certificate of completion.
