GLKO will be held this Saturday, April 6th, 2024! Our guest speakers will be Summer Sprout’s very own Brian Gray of Garden @ Case and Farm Service Agency’s Urban County Executive Director, Tristam Mizack! Invitations have been mailed out!
This year, instead of receiving a prepacked seed bag, I am allowing everyone to choose their own seeds! There will be limits on popular seed packets to ensure everyone gets a couple of packets.
Hydrant Permits: The estimated total cost of hydrant permits this year is as follows:
Regular Season (May 1st- October 31st): $142.98
Extended Season (March 1st- November 30th): $181.47
As a reminder, GLKO is where:
- Gardens who have leased their space through the Cleveland Land Bank or the City of Cleveland Bank Bank are able to sign their leases for the upcoming season
- Hydrant permits are purchased
- Seeds are picked up
- Any questions you may have regarding the upcoming season can be answered on the spot.
