The Cuyahoga County Extension office in partnership with the United States Department of Agriculture’s Cleveland Farm Service Agency (USDA FSA) is hosting office hours for local residents who may be inheriting land zoned for agriculture in or out of state at the Fleet branch of the Cleveland Public Library. Topics of discussion will include the FSA Heirs’ Property Relending Program as well as finding your newly inherited land, trusts and legal considerations, land leasing, cash rents and potential production systems.
