Kayla Williams is a Program Coordinator for the Youth Advocacy and Leadership Coalition (YALC), where she is dedicated to empowering youth through leadership development, advocacy, and community engagement. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Sociology from Cleveland State University in 2021 and her Master of Arts in Criminology from Kent State University. With a strong educational foundation, Kayla is committed to creating meaningful opportunities that support young people academically, socially, and emotionally. She is passionate about providing youth with the resources, mentorship, and experiences they need to build confidence and reach their full potential. Through her work, Kayla strives to make a lasting impact by inspiring the next generation of leaders in her community.
