Biography: 
Robin has worked in 4-H Youth Development since 2006 and currently serves as a 4-H Youth Development Extension Educator.  Within Extension, Robin has coordinated the Cuyahoga County Youth Advocacy and Leadership Coalition (YALC). The YALC is a 4-H youth/adult partnership that provides teens ages 13-18 with leadership opportunities through civic engagement and service learning. In addition Robin has facilitated in school and after school programs, and connected and collaborated with over 50 youth serving organizations creating new avenues for meaningful youth involvement and development. Robin serves as an associate advisor for the Ohio 4-H Teen Advisory Council and is a member of the Innovative Program Design team. As a 4-H Extension Educator, Robin promotes both animal science and non-animal youth projects within Cuyahoga County and coordinates all 4-H volunteer recruitment, training, and development.
