To get involved or to continue your membership if you were involved last year, just follow these easy steps:
 

New 4-H Members

 
All youth interested in becoming a new 4-H Member in Cuyahoga County must complete all of the steps noted below in the stated order:
 

Step One:

Locate a club and program of interest or call our 4-H Educator if you'd like assistance locating a club or starting a new one.

Step Two:

You may need to refer to the 4-H Ohio Family Guide to complete some forms: 4-H Family Guide.
Submit the required forms to the Club Advisor no later than April 15th. These forms must then be returned to the Extension office by the Club Advisor no later than May 1st. (the Club Advisor or Extension professional will assist you in obtaining all needed forms)  
Please be sure to complete these forms in their entirety.

Step Three:

Your Membership Cards will be given to your Club Advisor on or before July 15th. Your Club Advisor will distribute your card to you upon receipt.

Step Four:

How to Re-Enroll as a 4-H Member

Re-enrollment process for current 4-H members.  Youth interested in re-enrolling as a 4-H member in Cuyahoga County must complete all of the steps noted below in the order stated:

Step One:

4-H members will receive a pre-filled Re-Enrollment Form from their club advisor and must verify and update all information. All project information must be notated on the re-enrollment form prior to submission. Both the member and parent/guardian must sign this form.

Step Two:

You may need to refer to the 4-H Ohio Family Guide to complete some forms: 4-H Family Guide.
4-H members must submit their forms to the club advisor no later than February 15th. These forms must then be returned to the Extension office by the club advisor no later than March 1st.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  Some members may be require to submit additional forms based on the types of project selected.

Step Three:

Membership Cards will be mailed to your Club Advisor on or before July 1st.  your Club Advisor will distribute your card to you upon receipt.

Step Four:

Enjoy your learning and leadership experience with 4-H!
